Do you accept returns?

Customers have 14 days to return orders from when order is received. Refunds are issued when order is inspected. Clothing should be in excellent condition for returns. We’ll split the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a defect, in which case the return is on the houseSize exchanges and store credits are also available. 

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes. Unfortunately, we have to charge taxes.

What’s your privacy policy?

Your privacy matters to us. Our shop has SSL, which adds a layer of security when you enter your information at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, which has a high level of security on all transactions.

Do you offer a pickup option for locals?

If you are in the Huntsville area, you can order online and pick up at our location in Lowe Mill Arts and Entertainment, Studio 119, First Floor South. Use code: PULLUPONME to eliminate shipping fee.  These orders will be held at our location for 14 days. 

Do you email out tracking information to your customers?

YES! We understand people want to know where their order is at so we provide that information for wach order. 

Do you offer any expedited shipping options by special request?

We do! If you would like expedited shipping please leave a note at checkout. Please understand there will be additional fees that will occur.
